“Mug – or anywhere – bread” from “Brilliant Bread”

I made this loaf sometime in November. I remember it was cold outside and staying in to bake a loaf seemed like the perfect thing to do. This recipe was super easy, using just a mug as the measure. I have always wanted a bread recipe I could take anywhere so this a perfect concept for me; not only that, it tasted amazing too.
