“Merguez Meatball Pitas with Herby Yogurt” from “Hot Sheet”

Another winning recipe. It’s quick. It’s delicious. It’s easy. As regular readers know, that is the Holy Trinity of Good Recipes as far as I’m concerned.

Also, as the weather has FINALLY turned summery over here in London, I’m here to say this is a great hot-weather recipe because it doesn’t take long to roast the meatballs, and the rest of the dish components are cold. Don’t be daunted by the list of ingredients– it’s quick work to pull all of this together.

It’s a fantastic dinner, and the leftovers for lunch the next day were fab, too. Win/Win.
