Kirstin: I might be very slightly obsessed with all the Palestinian flavours at the moment. So unusually for me, tonight I did not cook pasta. Instead I made THIS. The grown ups had it with all the bits, which included yoghurt, lemon, onion, pine nuts and flat leaf parsley. The smaller people had fewer of the options. Miles has already very asked me WHEN we are eating this again. Because it turns out the spices were perfect; the cinnamon, allspice, sumac and cumin make the most incredible flavour combination. Gah! I already miss this meal.
