Anna: I do love the way she suggests combining different salad ingredients.
Kirstin: Isn’t she clever? And she was one of the original Jamie’s 15. I have to say I’ve been reading a lot about this book in the press. And the photography is stunning. She has lots of good tips on cooking generally throughout the book, for instance how to cook pasta or how to make Yorkshire puddings.
