Kirstin: I loved the way the spices looked as I prepared them for the marinade.

Tom: And I love all the crunchy bits. Look, even the children are eating it!

Miles: This is really yummy, mummy!

Kirstin: I grilled it for the last 10 minutes to make it all crunchy on the top, just for you Tom.

Tom: I think we should definitely make this one again.

Kirstin: It was super easy. Marinade in the morning. Stick it in the oven in the evening.
