Kirstin: This was fab. She says the salmon has to be in season, but ours was defrosted.
Tom: Well, I had thirds of the salad. Yum!
Kirstin: I couldn’t taste the courgette but somehow it added something magical.
Tom: It was the texture. Cucumber, tomato, courgette, shallot — it was a good combination! We certainly had our “five a day” today. Well, four, anyway.
Kirstin: I was hoping to have the rest of that salad for lunch tomorrow. But there’s none left.
Tom: It was great. So summery. The salmon was just salmon with salt, pepper and olive oil. I suppose we should have had the seasonal fish. But the salad! Oh yeah!
